We are actively following all CDC guidelines and have increased sanitation efforts and daily cleaning tasks in order to provide the cleanest and most comfortable environment for you.

 

As always, our focus is the safety and well-being of our staff members and the communities we serve. We are continuing to monitor developments regarding the Coronavirus Outbreak and are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential disruption of service(s) to our clients.

 

We are politely asking any staff member or client that is personally or living with someone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home.

 

Please note that if you come in with these symptoms, we will refuse service.

GUIDELINES

What we can expect from you

  • All clients must be wearing face mask when entering the salon. We will refuse service otherwise. If you have health issues that stop you from wearing a face covering, we ask that you wait to schedule your appointment at a later date when sanitation standards for CDC and State of Maine shift.

  • Please be mindful when arriving to your appointment and wait to come inside if a client is at the reception desk.

  • We only allow clients who have an appointment inside the salon. No visitors allowed. Additionally, dogs are currently not allowed at appointments.

  • Upon entering the salon, you will be asked a brief series of COVID-19 health questions and your temperature will be taken with no-touch technology. Following, you will be asked to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before beginning your appointment.

  • We will temporarily not be offering any beverages.

  • Clients are no longer allowed to touch the polish bottles. Please ask for assistance when choosing your color.

  • Please pay for services with card and tip via Venmo, if possible in order to keep sanitation standards as high as possible. We will accept cash if that is your only form of payment,

What you can expect from us

  • We will be skipping every other chair when seating clients to maintain social distancing requirements.

  • There will now be 10 minute blocks set after every appointment for technicians to sanitize the station

  • Technicians will also be required to wear a mask, face shield or glassware, and gloves with every service. We will be thoroughly washing our hands before and after every appointment as well.
